From 2006 to 2010 I was a pixel artist for the Avatar Roleplaying website AniOnline, later renamed to Anitaria, where I went by the username Mike D.

Around 2012 I got my first tablet and a copy of Paint Tool Sai, and started getting serious with digital art in pursuit of my passion project of completing the story of AniOnline that me and my friends made. Originally posted on Tumblr, I moved to posting my art to Newgrounds, Twitter, and other art platforms around the end of 2018.

I have a Bachellor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design, and have experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Actionscript 2, and some knowledge of PHP and SQL.
I also have roughly 3 years experience in writing fiction that I do as a personal hobby.

While working as a pixel artist on AniOnline/Anitaria I had a colleague who went by the username CircleoftheDarkOnes. One day the antithesis of that name was proposed: SquareoftheLightOnes. I demanded suggested someone change their username to that for fun, and got my own username changed as a result. Kinda asked for it. Eventually I changed my username back, and Circle changed his username to something else after a server migration, but the name stuck to me as something I'd often associate myself with.

This is also where the name BedsheetoftheWhiteOnes comes from. The forum troll who would get banned constantly would change his username just as frequently, one of which was BedsheetoftheWhiteOnes.
